Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping on machines for repair. If a part is being sent to you for a machine under warranty, shipping is covered by Silent Partner. If you are returning your Silent Partner Machine, you will be charged the shipping back to the warehouse.
Same Day Shipping:Â Orders received by 11am EST will be shipped same day. Orders received after 11am will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping: Silent Partner ships all products in Canada via UPS. Expedited shipping options are available and are paid by the customer. Please contact us about rates.
Shipping Damage: Occasionally, damage can occur during shipping. Please contact us immediately if there is damage to the box or machine when you receive it. Keep all of the original packaging. We will arrange for UPS to pick up the damaged machine and once this is complete, we will send you a replacement machine right away.
